The weld shop behind your fence crew
TG Welding is a fab partner for fence contractors across Central Texas. We build gate leaves, steel posts, wire and ornamental panels, and entrance arches in our Liberty Hill shop. Our mobile rig handles overflow welding on your line runs. Send the drawing or the measurements and you'll get a written quote in days, with the schedule confirmed in writing once you approve the quote.
001 The problem
When the job needs more welding than your crew has
- 01
Custom gates eat time
A double swing gate with a cut star can tie up your best welder for days. Meanwhile the line runs don't get built.
- 02
Overflow with nowhere to go
You sold more fence than your crew can weld this month. Turning work away hurts.
- 03
Gates that sag or bind
A gate leaf built out of square shows up on the punch list. Then you are back out fixing it.

007 FAQ
Straight answers for fence companies
Can you build gates for a job we sold?
Yes. Send the opening sizes, the style and any photos or drawings. We build the gate leaves square in our Liberty Hill shop, ready for you to hang, or our crew can set them. You get a written quote in days, and the schedule is confirmed in writing once you approve the quote.
Can your crew weld on our line runs?
Yes. Our fully equipped mobile welding rig comes to the job site to weld wire panels to posts, set top rail and handle overflow welding. Send the footage, the post spacing and the site location, and we will quote the field work in writing.
Can you build panels in volume?
Yes. Production runs welcome, one part or a thousand. Pipe frame wire panels and ornamental panels built in the shop go up faster and stay consistent across the run. Send the panel drawing and the count to sam@tgweldingatx.com.
Can you cut custom stars, brands or monograms?
Yes. We cut them on our CNC plasma table and weld them into the gate or arch. Send the artwork or a clear image with the size you want. We will quote it in writing with the gate or as a separate piece.
Got more fence than welders?
Send the job to sam@tgweldingatx.com or call the shop at (512) 548-5401 for a written quote.
