Production welding for your line
TG Welding runs production welding for manufacturers and OEMs in Central Texas. Send drawings, revs and quantities. We quote in writing in days, confirm the schedule in writing once you approve the quote, and build the run in our Liberty Hill shop. One part or a thousand. Lugs, frames, enclosures and plate parts cut on our CNC plasma table.
001 The problem
When your welding vendor can't keep up
- 01
Late parts stop your line
One short weldment holds up the assembly behind it. Your floor waits and your ship date slips.
- 02
Rev changes get missed
The drawing changed and the parts didn't. Now you're sorting scrap and paying for the run twice.
- 03
Repeat orders start over
Every reorder feels like a new job. You resend files, explain the part again and wait on another quote.

007 FAQ
Straight answers for manufacturers and oems
Do you take small production runs?
Yes. Production runs are welcome, from one part to a thousand. Send the drawing, rev and quantity and we'll quote it in writing in days. A small run gets the same written schedule as a big one, confirmed once you approve the quote.
How do you handle drawing revisions?
We build to the drawing and rev you send. If the rev changes, send the new drawing. We'll tell you in writing how it affects the quote and the schedule before we cut anything. Keeping the rev on the drawing keeps everyone building the same part.
What do you need to set us up as a vendor?
Our one-sheet contractor packet covers it, on this page. We carry $2M general liability and send a COI on request. We take payment by ACH or check. Send your vendor forms to sam@tgweldingatx.com, and AP questions go to accounting@tgweldingatx.com. That way your office gets what it needs to set us up as a vendor without chasing us.
Can you hold a schedule on repeat orders?
Yes. Each order gets its schedule confirmed in writing once you approve the quote. For repeat parts, send the same drawing and rev and we build to it. Finished parts are staged on racks in our shop, ready for pickup or a flatbed load.
Got a run to quote?
Send drawings, revs and quantities, and we'll send a written quote in days.
