What do you need to cut letters and panels?
Send the art files you have, plus the size, thickness and quantity you want. We cut on our CNC plasma table in Liberty Hill. If the art needs cleanup before it can be cut, we'll tell you before we quote. You get a written quote in days, not weeks or months.
Do you build sign frames and monument steel too?
Yes. We weld sign frames, posts, base plates and monument steel in the same shop where we cut the faces. Send drawings that show how the sign mounts. We build to the drawings you supply, including engineered drawings for larger structures, and our crew can set the steel on site.
Do you install signs?
We set steel. Our crew can set posts, frames and monument steel on site, and our mobile rig handles field welds. The sign faces, lighting and wiring stay with you. That way your installer shows up to a structure that's already set and welded.
Can you run the same panel in quantity?
Yes. Production runs welcome, from one part to a thousand. Send the art and quantity for a repeat panel, bracket or letter set. We quote in writing in days and confirm the schedule in writing once you approve the quote.
