Same steel, every lot, every time
TG Welding builds repeat steel for production, townhome and multifamily builders around Liberty Hill and Central Texas. We make columns, stair and porch rail, awning frames, mailbox enclosures and fence to your plan set, in runs of one or a thousand. Once you approve the quote, we confirm the schedule in writing, and our crew sets the steel on site.
001 The problem
Repeat plans need repeat steel
- 01
Parts that don't match
Lot 12's rail fits and lot 13's doesn't. Small differences turn into field fixes across a whole phase.
- 02
Starts outrun the sub
A small shop can keep up with one house. It falls behind when you release a phase of starts.
- 03
A new quote every lot
Chasing a fresh quote for every lot slows your purchasing team and clutters the job file.
002 What we build

007 FAQ
Straight answers for production builders
Can you build the same rail for every house in a phase?
Yes. We build to each plan's drawings and repeat it across the run, so every lot gets the same parts. Production runs welcome, one part or a thousand. Our crew sets the rail on site, which keeps the field fit consistent too.
How do quotes work across multiple plans?
Send the drawings for each plan with the steel scope marked and your expected lot counts. You'll get a written quote in days, not weeks or months, broken out by plan. You can approve the quote per phase or per lot, whichever your system uses.
Do you handle townhome and multifamily work?
Yes. Stair and porch rail, columns, awning frames, enclosures and site fence all fit the same production approach. We build to the drawings you supply and set the steel on site with our own crew. Send the plan set and we'll quote it in writing.
What do you need to set us up as a vendor?
Our one-sheet contractor packet covers vendor setup and lives on this page. We carry $2M general liability and send a COI on request. Payment is by ACH or check, and AP questions go to accounting@tgweldingatx.com. Your office gets what it needs to set us up as a vendor without chasing us.
Releasing a new phase?
